1. Scope Of Application
The general terms and conditions of sale (“GTC) detailed below apply to all orders placed via the website www.happyendline.com.
The customer must read the GTC prior to any order the GTC being available on the website. Happy & reserves the right to adapt or modify these at any time. The version of the GTC applicable to any sale is the one appearing online on the website www.happyendline.com at the time of the order.
2. Services
The items offered for sale are those described on the website on the day the customer consults them. These details are updated automatically in real time. However, an error in the update, whatever its origin, does not engage the responsibility of Happy &. As such, Happy & cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of an order for an item due to stock depletion.
Ordering on the site is subject to compliance with the procedure set up by Happy & comprising successive steps leading to the validation of the order. The customer can select as many products as they wish, which will be added to the basket. The basket summarizes the products chosen by the customer as well as the prices and associated costs. The customer may freely modify the basket before validating their order. Validation of the order constitutes confirmation of acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions, the products purchased, their prices and associated costs. A confirmation email summarizing the order (product, price, quantity, etc.) will be sent to the customer by Happy &.
3. Prices And Payment Terms
Product prices are indicated on the site in Swiss francs CHF, excluding shipping costs and any customs fees. For shipments to Europe and the rest of the world, any customs fees and other taxes must be paid by the customer directly to the carrier.
Happy & is not subject to VAT and reserves the right to change its prices at any time, the products being invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of registration and payment of the order, subject to availability.
Payment for purchases is made via the secure STRIPE platform. 4. Deliveries
Delivery Terms
Deliveries are made by the swiss post office, from monday to saturday, depending on the option chosen by the customer when confirming their order.
Shipment is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer. In the event of the impossibility of making the delivery, due to an incorrect address, no reshipment can be made and the customer will be reimbursed within 10 days from receipt of the order by happy &.
Shipping Costs
The delivery costs applicable to the order are those mentioned on the site at the time of the order.

- Standard shipping: free
At the end of the order, the customer has the option to choose the delivery method. For any order made without tracking and in the event of loss by the post office, happy & cannot be held responsible and does not provide a full refund of the order.
Under certain conditions, a supplement for transport may be requested. In this case, the customer is informed by email of the amount of the additional delivery costs and then has the option to modify or cancel his order.
Free Shipping
Deliveries are made to Switzerland.
The goods ordered on the site are shipped by the swiss post to the address indicated by the customer with signature upon receipt.
Deliveries to Switzerland and liechtenstein: the customer pays a delivery charge of chf 7.- for any order with a value of less than chf 70.-. For any order exceeding the value of chf 70.-, the delivery charges are free.
Production And Shipping Times
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 72 hours (3 business days). Then the usual shipping times of the post are added:
- Switzerland priority shipping: 2-3 business days
- Europe priority shipping: 4-5 business days
- Rest of the world: 5-10 business days.
In the event of a stock shortage, Happy & informs the customer who then has the option to cancel or modify their order. If the customer maintains the order, Happy & strives to deliver the items ordered within a reasonable period of 1 to 3 weeks.
Happy & cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal services. An additional delay may be caused during peak periods.
The customer is informed that sending the goods outside Switzerland may result in the collection of customs duties, taxes and/or other fees by the competent authorities. Customs duties, taxes and/or fees are the responsibility of the customer.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the recipient’s address provided when ordering. In the event of non-receipt and return of the goods to the sender, the customer is required to pay the delivery costs again before the goods are returned. Any order returned following non-receipt is considered cancelled after a period of 10 days. In order to meet these deadlines, the customer must ensure that they have provided accurate and complete information regarding the delivery address.
5. Right Of Withdrawal - Refunds And Returns
The customer has a 7-day right of return following the arrival of the goods at his home. In the event of dissatisfaction, the customer has the option of returning the complete items in perfect condition in their original packaging at his own expense via an insured and traceable return service. The item(s) may be refunded or replaced by a voucher of equivalent value in the form of a promotional code valid on the website www.happyendline.com. In the event of a return by untracked and lost mail, no refund will be made.
6. Applicable Law And Competent Jurisdiction
These general conditions are subject to swiss law, in particular the code of obligations, which regulates aspects not expressly mentioned by these general conditions.
